Please perform the following steps:
  1. Open Internet Explorer and navigate to https://www3.gotomeeting.com/codec?Portal=www.gotomeeting.com
  2. Click the button that says "Install GoToMeeting Codec"
  3. Click the "Save" button and select a location to save the install file to (e.g., your Desktop)
  4. When it's finished downloading, launch the installer you just downloaded by double-clicking on it (thefile is named g2m_codec.exe)
  5. If prompted with a Security Warning, click the "Run" button.
  6. When installation is complete, click the "OK" button.
  7. Return to www.springstreetfinancial.com and enjoy the video!
